Whether you’re a tradie, DIYer, or professional tiler, we deliver quality tools Australia-wide with trusted courier partners.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and regional areas across Australia, including:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra, and Darwin.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.

🕒 Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $200 (Australia-wide). Some items are not shippable. Please check each listing. 

  • For orders under $200, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Express delivery or bulky item surcharges will be clearly displayed before payment.

🧰 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery status online.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

🚫 Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a card with pickup or re-delivery instructions.

🧾 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a suitable replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

⚒️ Pre-Order & Back-Order Items

If an item is marked as Pre-Order or Back-Order, we’ll email you an estimated dispatch date.
You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch for a full refund.
