All our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned within 14 days of delivery for approved reasons.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Let us know what went wrong — include your order number and a few clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
2. We Review & Approve
Our team will review your request and confirm the best solution (refund, replacement, or repair) based on our policy.
3. Get Return Instructions
Once approved, we’ll email you the correct return address and a prepaid return label (if eligible).
⚠️ Please don’t send your return to the address printed on your parcel.
4. Receive Your Refund or Replacement
After we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
Refunds usually appear within 2–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Returns Not Covered by Free Shipping
