How do I place an order?Simply add the products you want to your cart and follow the checkout steps. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.Can I change or cancel my order?If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@buddytools.com.au with your order number. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for approved reasons (e.g. damaged item, wrong product, or faulty on arrival). Items must be unused and in original packaging.See our Returns Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

  1. Email support@buddytools.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return label if eligible.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.

How long does a refund take?

 

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Warranty & Product Support

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! All BuddyTools products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The same warranty applies to any replacement products.

How do I claim a warranty?

Simply email support@buddytools.com.au with your order number, a brief issue description, and photos (if applicable). We’ll guide you through the process.

What isn’t covered by warranty?

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Damage caused by modification or non-standard use
